Do online courses include a certificate?

Yes. Participants receive an online course attendance certificate after viewing all course topics and passing the assessments. The certificate is automatically sent to the participant’s email address.

Are online certificates recognized?

Recognition of online certificates and distance training varies by country and organization.

How can I get a printed certificate?

We currently do not deliver printed certificates. You can print your certificate after receiving it electronically.

Can I change my name on the certificate in English, Arabic or another language?

Yes. The course remains available in your account for three months from the date the electronic certificate is issued, after which access closes.
